A division of Spirean military police loiters here, surveiling the city streets. Heavy barricades of stone and wood have been constructed here, flying the flag of the Republic of Spinesreach. An obsidian eye sigil is here. Ringed with a border of inset skulls, a firepit fills the center of the chamber. A Syssin Inquisitor waits nearby, blending in with his surroundings. Hands folded in the sleeves of his dark, voluminous robes, a cabalist stands ready to guard his city. Quiet and unmoving as stone, a lupine Atabahi stands guard here. A Sciomancer of the Spires stands here, his hands resting on a black voidstaff. A bin of glossy obsidian is here, serpentine figures encircling it protectively. There are 36 battered iron cups here. A cup lies here, chiseled from obsidian. A delicate, hand-painted obsidian tea cup lies here. An elegant white letter is in danger of being soiled here. Splendor radiating from every inch, a pink unicorn poses here with one leg raised. A mule stands stubbornly, hooves planted solidly in the ground. Waggling his eyebrows comically, Ishin is here.
