My migraine is -almost- gone. That nonsense yesterday seriously took a massive chunk out of me. I mistook the migraine forming from dehydration as caffeine withdrawl and the muscle cramping of my legs as my bad for not wearing my orthotics. Next thing you know, I can't keep liquids down, have almost a fever, and am passing out. After hiding in a dark room, I feel 300% better!

I love my mom for showing up during her work schedule to check on me and bring me coffee, pain relievers, and some food. I hope I can love my work for not being angry that I called out and I hope they don't assume (like they were originally claiming) that I just had a hangover. Crossing my fingers here..

Oh my god I'm still cracking up and also freaking out a little inside.

I've been spending all day at the EBT office, following up a second interview for food stamps. You've got the obvious salt of the earth types here and one of them, after spending about half an hour playing lo-fi rap music at max volume from her crappy Altoids tin of a phone, excitedly squeals and shares a Facebook page with her friends. "Looook, it's mah little baby Jeffrey!" she announces in a shrill voice, "Ohhh, and there's the penis pictures! Lookit that little penis!" Her accomplices made d'awws and cuuuuutes and no one thought this was especially remarkable.

I... I just don't even.

Was Haern that got me into the manga, haven't watched the anime yet, but I just had to show off Mikasa being her regular bad--- self. Considering changing it to a different one though.

In all seriousness, the manga is absolutely amazing and takes the shounen trope and throws it out the window. Pacing problems (and sometimes animation flubs) hurt the anime, but damn if it isn't entertaining all the same.
