  • As much as Llok detracts from the game, so do inactive people.

I read through all this bullshit - because that is what all this conversation has amounted to, and decided that inactivity weighs more than annoyance.

After thought and consideration, my main reason for voting for Llok he chalked up to not communicating his intent very well. I know I had a post where I was confused about a rule, so I can kind of relate. At least he is responding. @Desian not responding, though, is troubling. He's had a chance to post something and has chosen not to.

All valid points, the quiet is a bis disconcerting.  I have thought about this for a while, and read carefully through the posts, and honestly me throwing a singular vote away on Alexina out of spite is truly a silly way to play, and you need to be logical in general to make this work out.  Llok, ....I dont really see in a position to be voted for right now, and I will go back to my primary vote I made in the preliminary round in hopes of uncovering a baddie.

  • Working 12 hour days has me exhausted. Sorry. I'll talk more over the next few days. VOTE: DESIAN (on phone. Pretend that was colored red)
  • I don't mean to play bandwagon, but Desian's silence is absolutely suspicious to me, as I pointed out a few pages ago. After having played a game or two with him, it's not his usual approach whatsoever, and it's frankly concerning.

My guess is that it isn't some tactic, but just him dropping out of the game. He's not playing Aet atm and probably isn't checking forums like we are.

@Llok - I.. wouldn't call what I said an attack. I said that you have a habit of looking guilty even when you're innocent. How is that attacking?

In any case, I'll go along with the majority that makes sense on this one. Kind of like pruning a bush, you can't get good growth when you're dragging along dead weight.

  • Yeah, I'm agreeing with the points raised to vote for him.

  • Someone is lying and it is either Moirean or the "Warden." and here is how the wardens message states
"moirean wuz v. populur. jailer, indorone, & Konklaves all went after her. -Warden"  Both Conclaves....Now she was also targetted by the jailor, apparently at random. So that means she was not targetted by the Dhasan of Art. Otherwise she would not have been jailed. Moirean herself stated she was not targeted by the Dhaasan of Nature.  The only 2 active powers or the Loyalists  Something is up.

  • MoireanMoirean Chairmander Portland
The private message the Warden sent me did not include the Conclaves targetting me in his report. I don't know why the public message included the Conclaves in it, and I brought that up myself a few pages back.
  • I'm not entirely feeling at ease with the fingerjabs from some of the more vocal players. (largely due to the fact that the people that talk the most seem to have the most to hide). However, Desian's lack of participation certainly does feel like he might be up to something considering his track record thus far. Apologies, Desian, if something is amiss IRL.

  • So many posts to catch up on. I know I've been silent, I just need to read up before I can respond. Saying this now without having read the latest posts.

  • I'm reluctant to vote on Desian due to his silence. If it's an issue that he just can't put the time into the game, could not we see a replacement as is being done for Sarita?

Apart from that I agree that there's some incongruities in the messages from the Warden and Jailers. I'll need to look into those more closely before I can say too much more, just something isn't sitting right with me on how they were put together.

Currently I am not convinced on any of the current trains. I will say that I found Llok's tactic to vote himself humorous.

  • So, after reading and attempting to get the hang of this game (its a bit confusing to me) I decided to wait for more inputs from the anonymous messages and such to help me out.  Last game I thought Llok was suspicious as well but that seems to be just the way he likes to play. To get this moving along, I'll  take a chance as well.

  • This game is also moving at an incredibly rapid pace; it's disconcerting to come back and see that red notifications flag with 37 (or more) emblazoned on it. There also seemed to not be a lot to contribute to the conversation regarding Llok without making it carry on.

That having been said, having inactive players is an advantage to scum, since it eats up the ratio of needed votes. Consequently, I

  • You drag Desian, quiet and unassuming, into the center of the markets.

    "You! You're too quiet!"
    "You're too tall!"
    "You're too... blond!"
"He's not even blond," Pedantic Pete points out.
"Shut up! Anyway, aren't Ankyreans not blond?"
    "...Yeaaaah."

Flinging a rope around the poor boy's neck, you haul him upward by way of one of the Basilica's mighty pillars, and wait until he stops dancing the hemp fandango.

Desian has been lynched. He was the Conscript.

It is now Round Four - Night.

Desian will get replaced with a different Conscript. We still don't know what Llok is.
  • Oh man, I didn't add that to my notes. That's cool. If we are going to screw up, at least we screwed up the least painful way possible.

All right, folks. The warden tells me that yesterday we saw a bit of activity.

First, we had the warden himself sending out his missive to be read. Then one from the Wildcard, trying to imitate the Warden's handwriting. Next a message from the jailer, and finally the vigilante shouted something from the back of the crowd.

Also, the Warden said that the Conclaves DID target me (science investigated me), but it was just sent in a separate report, which is why there was that omission in our communication. Not shady, he just forgot to share that last report.
  • How did he know it was from the Wildcard? They shouldn't show up until they use a card, which they can't do until another power role dies.

  • Because the Warden is an informative role, not an investigative role. They are not beholden to the same limitations as investigation.
