Moved a few weeks ago. Working a 14 day, 10 hour shifts.. and still sick as hell on these antibiotics. If I'm not sick to my stomach, I'm feeling burnt out and grumpy.
I can't wait for this weekend so I can just crash, let my body recover and heal, and finish unpacking.
I haven't felt like myself in over a week and it's starting to get to me. I know it's just my depression acting up, I know the signs, but I just can't find a way to get out of it. I'm used to being sad and tired, but this is different. I just feel... strange. And I don't like it.
So my dad makes me go to lunch with a son of his friend (got to love when parents try to play match maker) and I sat there most of the time fighting to hold back tears because of his cologne. Seriously guys, do you really have to wear so much? Women do like men that smell nice, but marinating in your cologne is a li'l too much!

Updated some stuff. Waited awhile to reboot, had things open while updating. Now, Ubuntu won't boot. Enjoy an Angwe-free Aetolia until that's fixed.
My job makes me want to cry. Literally. Just... too exhausted to do so. Worked 7am-4:30pm Tuesday only to go back in and work 9pm-10:30am. Got a call about an hour ago from my boss. Yeah... my day off Thursday will be spent working. Gotta go in at 7am and work til... whenever.
I expected more from This Is The End. And Man of Steel. The summer blockbusters have disappointed me so far. Well at least my inner child still holds hope for Despicable Me 2.

So, I tried to use boot-repair. But I made my livecd back wen 11.10 was current, and in trying to work out the kinks, I ended up messing up my livecd as well. So, now I'm stuck until I can use a different PC to fix my livecd so I can either use boot-repair or nuke my memory and re-instal my OS.
Oh dude, I feel that. A few months ago I got a letter saying I defaulted on a loan. When I called them they apologized and said they woul call the credit places. And while we're on the subject of institutions/companies screwing people over: credit companies are so corrupt

I had my loans be set to defaulted for no reason at all. While I was still in undergrad. I've been playing a horrific game of attempted catch up ever since and have never been able to get a credit card or anything financially responsible. There's something very wrong with the system when you are still taking classes and are getting calls from credit agencies about your loans.
They told me I was delinquent on a loan due to a mistake on their part. When I paid for June, they took my entire payment and put it to my federal loan rather than split it equally to my private. I called last week and they're like, "oh, we're sorry, we'll fix it". Another four days go by and I still don't see it fixed; I call this morning and get to speak to yet another one of the most unprofessional people ever. My problem is seemingly fixed, but if this destroys my credit (and the credit of my co-signers) I'll go through the roof.

SERIOUSLY?!!! We will put you through to a consultant, your call is very important to us. Clearly you have nothing better to do with your time so please enjoy this 40 minute flute solo.
Oh yeah, I enjoyed the cheesiness of how the automated messaging system said, "Please hold while I look your information up." *TYPING NOISES* I can't really describe the face I made when I heard that come across the phone. Then, I had another 20 minutes of elevator music piping in my ear after 15 minutes of having to punch in information and work my way through their menu system.

I agree. What disappointed me with Man of Steel was the distinct lack of a theme song. I got distracted halfway through the movie when I realized that there was no actual theme song going on at all in the movie.

Didn't love it but didn't hate it either.
Could have lost 20 min of fighting (talk about destruction/disaster
porn) and use that time on story. Zod was the best part of the film.
Best developed character. So overall... A little disappointed too

The worst thing is that you give your info to the machine and then you have to give it to the person you finally get to nearly an hour later.
