    I might get some of the details wrong but I think if you have 4 mental affs the channel time halves and if you have 4 mental affs + under 50% health it becomes unstoppable and you have to leave the room (or put them to sleep?).

    Partially correct. Omen is the ability that hits you for damage dependent on four specific affs. Reclaimation is the shaman cleave clone. It has a twist, however, in that if the target is at or below 50% of their max health the channel time is halved. To my knowledge it never becomes 'unstoppable' it apparently does become unblockable if you have 4 mental affs. I suggest getting the heck out of dodge, then. But this sort of thing isn't unprecedented, since there are other instakills that have weird quirks like that.

    Of note, unless they've changed it, enhance actually makes you less tanky in PvP because it increases damage done scales but isn't calculated into sip health scale.

    Also, to do what I did required...

    4800cr  Izu-Ari's Dice (auction artifact)

    1600cr  Magic_Potence (level 3)

    2500cr  Intelligence +3 Starchart (set item)

    Now, buying credits at the cheapest rate possible, that means I paid, in cash, $2,595 for that attack. (I think I just died a little inside). I can't do that to Alexina, and I can't do that to Conner, who both have similar artifact investments as myself, because they can also output an offense that forces me to go defensive as well from time to time, slowing down my damage output.

     Oh, and artifact bows scale way more than anything I have. And can be done at range. Just sayin'

    I don't mean this disrespectfully Dask, but I don't honestly think that monetary investment, high as it may be, necessarily acts as a defense to being able to auto bash people to death as a valid tactic.

    And I don't mean this disrespectfully, either, but you're not comparing apples to apples. You're trying to compare someone who has invested heavily with someone who hasn't. When you compare apples to apples - me against someone else who has invest equally heavily - we're pretty level.

    I'm fighting with a gun, you're fighting with a sword. If you want the gun, buy the gun. Nothing is stopping anyone from doing exactly what I have done. And I realize making this statement is going to get me flamed because there are a lot less people with artifacts than those with, but 1700 damage on someone with 7k health isn't ridiculous. It's the same as 1200 on a person with 5k health. But people like myself and Alexina are aberrations. Statistical outliers. And outside of single combat, we die just as fast as everyone else. But we get an edge in solo combat - and in my case, I happen to be a decent combatant without the artifacts. They just make me a bit stronger. My first artifacts were bought because I was getting teamed without any. Then I started buying them to even the odds. And yet, 2 on 1, I still die pretty fast if the attackers are coordinated.

    I almost lost to Illidan in the first round because I play a class that has a resource drain on all 3 skillsets. I almost ran out of one completely. Ezalor handled me fine and died because he ran out of willpower. Rammus and Kaeus, no offense to both of you, but you're not on the same level as Ezalor\Illidan and I handled you a lot easier. You didn't try to slow me down (as Illidan did with magic_impaired) or Ezalor did (through hindering). You basically let me go full auto on you and you both paid the price.

    Lightning is stopped by a wide range of things (any broken limb, paralysis, prone, magic_impaired) but only two of you actually tried to do that.

     

    The only thing I'd say might need looking into is if enhance still doesn't count towards sip totals, because that will push things in the direction of damage.
