It got so much more productive and organized. I have cute little accessory bags for my soldering and recording gear and I got the neatest wire stripper.
As of about ten minutes ago, the Carnifex beta started. There are going to be a million bugs (3300 brand new lines of code in warhounds alone), but good god it's finally starting. I was supposed to be in bed 3 hours ago? Business trip to the coast in the morning. I might just end up on a beach.

an engraved metallic arm piece, worn upon the forearm.
Fashioned from a surprisingly lightweight metal, this arm piece is long enough to take up quite the
ample amount of space upon one's forearm. The color of the armament could best be described as a
darkened brass with lighter, more faded accents present here and there. Intricate engravings of cogs
and artistic swirls decorate its surface from top to bottom, swirling around a focal point in its
center upon the apex of the piece. These swirls seem to wrap themselves around an inset, gleaming
indentation that appears to house a rather modestly-sized glass lens. Just along one half of the
perimeter of this lens are a series of darker-colored metal grooves that have just a touch of give
to them when pushed upon.

Beacon -
You pull back the arm that houses your arm piece before thrusting it forward, allowing a bolt of
fire to shoot upwards from its depths and into the skies above.
A bolt of blazing fire launches lazily through the firmament above. As it reaches the top of its arc
and begins its slow decline towards the ground once more, it crackles vibrantly before dimming and
vanishing from sight.

Really does nothing but add a bit of flavor, but it's so cool!

I love that I have my own space again, and I don't feel so constricted. I love getting to spend more time with my family, and some of the hilarious moments, like getting my mom to play Cards Against Humanity.
I also love that I had chai latte this morning and am making lentil soup with ground turkey, onions, shredded carrots and deliciousness. Om nom.
I was literally sitting here about to go to bed, saw her signature and had to hold my face to stop from laughing insanely and loud enough to wake up my neighbors.
Really. Amazing. Lol!
Then the little ^Gwenith trying to PK^ under it, I can't even type that sentence without smiling and giggling childishly.
Edit: Update! Nearly 10 mins later and I still can't even think about the gif or the line under it without beginning to giggle and grin. *muttermutter* I need to sleep!!! Curse you!

Moving sucks. This we all know. For the next week or so I may be relatively sparse while I'm running back and forth like a chicken with its head cut off as I balance work and cleaning up after my evidently savage roommates before the lease ends.
Why is this love you say? Well if you saw my RAGE post a little bit back about incompetent managers, this is related to that! I managed to snag a job for the rest of the summer with one of the higher-ups at the university that I had last summer too, wherein I'll essentially be paid to play Aetolia for 8 hours a day while babysitting an office.
Now to have a celebratory case of beer as I pack like my life depends on it.
