It's been a ridiculously long time since I cared about logging, but... now I am again and would like to find a decent way to review ANSI colored logs. What/where might I find a way to do read them?
is it occ for me to give quests from my character like i say "hey i need some help, could you buy some grapes for me i'm very hungry i will give you 50 coins in return"
It depends on the "why." If your character has a reason for wanting to pay someone to buy some grapes for him, it's IC. If you, as a player, just want to give someone a quest without considering the thoughts and personality of your character, then I would consider it acting OOCly. Exchanging gold for a service is not an inherently OOC act.
What happened to the quest to rebuild lower Azdun? With bringing materials and stuff there? Did it finish yet?

It was finished, there was even a public post... and then nothing.

It decreases every day and increases every time you hit a certain threshold of drunkenness. Which means, iirc, you can do something silly like going over the threshold, purging, then repeating to rapidly increase tolerance.
Tolerance itself gives you a chance to not take 'sobriety damage' from a drink. So people can like, chug 50 sips of Power Play and still be at 'sober'.
Anyone know how crit rates are calculated and what the base crit chance is for level 100? Anyone know how much extra crit rate the grimstim pills give?
I recently added crit rating triggers for my bashing and this is what I've seen so far (used a grimstim for most of it):
You have scored 800 critical strikes! You have scored 451 staggering critical strikes! You have scored 260 crushing critical strikes! You have scored 160 mutilating critical strikes! You have scored 197 annihilating criticals! You have scored 1868 criticals in a total of 3264 attacks! Your current critical strike rate is 57.23%!
Is there a way to buy locks? I remember locks - like locks that you can fit onto items - being a thing added when we got display cabinets, but HELP LOCKS doesn't say where to get them.
Edit: Nevermind! Found it -

Subj: Locks!
You can now request locks from the various locksmiths around Aetolia.
You can attach these to chests as though they were a sigil.
Locks will cost 30000 gold and will also come with a key.
Once attached, the lock will not be able to be removed and will decay
when/if the chest does.
Be warned that until attached locks have a short decay time, so you
should make use of them quickly.

How do you challenge someone to a specific arena mod?
I thought it was CHALLENGE PERSON MOD <mod> but that nor any of the other variants works.
Edit: Derp. Forgot the 's'. Proper Syntax: challenge <person> mods <mod>
Thank you @Lexen.
That is just part of the code, I think. It's the same if you earthmeld or diffuse mist (but not if you approach mirror).
