I am only posting on this thread due to its title. I am also sure quite a few people including friends and fr-enemies might or will disagree with my opinion, and that's alright. Treat what I'm about to say as food for thought.
I have a rather high-level perspective on classleads and after being stung the last round, I have a few questions that don't necessarily need to be answered.
Class leads rile up people every season, not in a good way At All. I've been playing for a couple of years now but I've only just started paying attention to this and I feel it is about as bad, if not even more than, Aetolian politics.
I understand this system is better than it used to be when there were liaisons because of having specific people shoulder that kind of burden was not healthy. However, now, when admins choose to reveal certain data on these reports that should absolutely remain hidden, we end up with situations where classleads create a lot of heartache, people start to point fingers, they get their feelings hurt over votes and rejections, and hold up proverbial pitchforks, and friends become enemies. The stress becomes too much that people start to wonder why they're doing this to themselves every round or quite simply, they stop participating.
Will the classes ever be good enough, balanced enough? Will they forever need to be tweaked and nerfed or buffed?
I believe classleads should not be held so often. Maybe once a year, if needed, and corrections or bugs should be done whenever they are happening with attention given to every situation, not just certain arenas.
I also strongly believe and request that votes and comments are never revealed, only the final decisions and an explanation why the decision was made without hinting at votes or comments made. The decision is the responsibility of the decision maker(s), it should remain there. This would be healthier for the community.
I apologize if anyone disagrees with my opinion, I simply see what is happening around me and it hurts me to see. There are very smart and good people on Both sides of this game, let there also be kindness.

Nobody has to list a reason because nobody here has the power to approve or deny it. I didn't vote against it, so I'm not even involved in the discussion involving it. There is only one person who ended up pressing the deny button here, and lashing out at an entire tether over one administrator's decision is poor form.

As to @Fezzix's comments, those words ("delete or neuter") were used in both reports. It would probably be why they were used in the rejections and comments.

Where in the OP was there any request for clarification? It was a rant post with his own assumptions about why it was rejected. I'm not trying to take this thread in a direction it hasn't already gone when I say this, but honestly it reads like someone thinking they're better than the admins/other players. And you know what? Maybe he is. It just doesn't matter because he's not the one making these decisions and making a forum post about it isn't going to change that.The only way forward is to try to get a better understanding of what the administration is looking for in terms of combat balance/vision and work with that in mind in future reports.The OP and the second post were explicit requests for clarification on what the admin is looking for.

If this was down to politics, or even solely voting, the Spectre report would probably have been accepted. I'm frustrated that it wasn't, but it's just how the cookie crumbles sometimes.
The administration makes decisions based on what they believe is best and while we might not agree, who is to say that any one of our individual opinions would be the right one? The only way forward is to try to get a better understanding of what the administration is looking for in terms of combat balance/vision and work with that in mind in future reports.

There is so much I want to say in response to both posts, however I can see this whole thread denigrating into toxic bickering until it gets shut down.
The reason I post at all is to make sure that any perceived reason for most of Spirit tethers silence is not based on the belief that the report was rejected based on 'vitriol and toxocity'. Spirit tether does not make up the entirety of the voting pool as seems to be suggested. As @Keroc said in his decision when he showed the votes. It only gained two votes for (and one of those was an accidental response to another report.)
As with the Raloth report, it was heavily rejected by those who voted for it due to the nature of the submission itself, but was approved based on the sensible commentary from those that voted (and will be subsequently nerfed).
There are decisions on reports (both in this cycle and cycles prior) that we, as a tether, were stumped by. However, at the end of the day the only people that make the decisions are the administration. So please don't try to drag one half of the game through the mud out of a misplaced sense of spite.

Okay, despite the verbal snare being poorly-concealed the lure is just too shiny - so I'll bite.
If this was about avoiding hurt feelings, as you seem to claim, I think the report would have been approved.

I'm curious, as well: when did deletion stop being a viable suggestion and why? Especially for classes that aren't in need of anything as a replacement? Was it to avoid hurt feelings or an attempt at stymieing perceived devaluation of the class to those invested in it? I ask because Carnifex lost several things during their out-of-season nerfs over the last couple of years based on player feedback (and I'm sure if I actually dug, I could find examples for other classes), but it's also an awful idea for balance - it's a decision that implies balance doesn't actually matter, in fact, and player feelings are more important than fostering a fair playing field for all involved.

Double post, but I've realized why it is that production facilities are so massively overburdened.
Provisioning was released at the same as farming was, but not nearly as many people are engaging in it. I tend to dedicate two or three farmplots towards it myself, while only focusing one or two fields towards production. Smaller batches, less strain on production facilities. But the large reason why people haven't been doing Provisioning is because of the massive bottleneck with orders. There have been very few general or small market orders, and for the past three seasons, none at all.
I know market orders are still kind of borked, but I think once they're up and running more smoothly, it might help with the Farming burden a little.

Fix blessings so that the newest one applies if it is longer in duration than the one currently worn.
There is no worse feeling than beseeching for a boon, or being given one by someone who can do so in an order, and then godXYZ comes on and blesses an organization you're in and you miss out on a multi-day blessing because you have the boon.
