It is obvious that the current goals of this administration aren't content and instead picking more money out of our pockets.
Honestly I would take Galleus back at this point, im sorry @Tiur but you are running this game into the ground, for players and volunteers alike. I know you will say that in the end its just people lashing out at you and circumstantial, but the things you dont see watching our webs and clans is the fact that a good chunk of your playerbase is tired of empty promises and lacking communication.
Truth be told, I know you will shut down this thread like the many others which have demonstrated any form of dissent towards your leadership abilities, but maybe instead of silencing us constantly you try listening to us, instead of being the victim.

I've been wondering how to address this. If anything bad ever happens to your character, people want to blame it on cliques. Yes, sometimes it happens. Aetolia is a large community, and sub communities within a community this large are absolutely normal. In the biz, we call it "having friends." It's a social game for crying out loud. It's very bizarre to me to see a word with a predominantly negative connotation used to describe what is, frankly, really normal behavior.

The objective of a guild is to develop one's character and the idealism they represent. It is not to be adverse to the guild's mission and existing in a constant state of conflict against those who are working to bolster the players within and provide positive reinforcement for not only new players but existing older ones.
If you are not aligning with the guilds ideas/roleplay....why are you in the guild? Is it purely to make an uncomfortable and stressful place for other players who are logging in to try and make an enjoyable place. The idea of multiclassing is so that you can play a Carnifex, but exist in your scientific brain, wanting to study bunnies as an Archivist. Or be a weaponmaster Templar who loves plants as a Shaman...embracing the bunnies and their spirits. We are given a diversity that allows us to be what we want to be while playing what we want to play.
We should want to be in an organization because we align and desire to cooperate with their style of gameplay, and work to help the organization grow. Me as a player, I have strong opinions on many things, but Oonagh wouldn't bring them into the game or his style of play....with the exception of memes, but honestly those stay in THINK commands....sorry @Desidora lol.
Anyways, I think it is fine and perfectly within reason to remove people from an organization who are detracting from its growth, causing infighting and a toxic environment because they choose to be adverse to the goals and missions of an organization. I think we should 100 percent hold people accountable for their behaviors. I did as Archmage, and I had roleplay reason to do so, and I was never unreasonable in my approach, offering mediation, discussion and opportunity to remedy issues.
TLDR, dont be a dick, and people wont be dicks back.

You're right. You haven't. And there is no fixation from me. Everything was perfectly IC. However, given recent IC events, it was pretty clear the people your initial Pet Peeves post was aimed at. Then you dug deeper by beginning to imply far more OOC than necessary from a simple joke about another guild of players. It's pretty uncool, man, so I may have boiled over - not because of some grudge, but because it was an easy gotcha! to counteract the rather insidious accusations taking place against another group of players.

Honestly, I've chosen a village house, and I'd just settle for it being built at this point. And I've only waited two weeks. I've heard of people waiting months, which is just ridiculous. We're paying for these things and doing all of the heavy lifting in room titles/descriptions/etc. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes to handle the installation.

Just hypothetically, if a member of a guild attacked guild leadership without any cause, died as a result, then came back and tried again with minimal rp in between

I got outguilded without RP or even a message as to why - all because of a twisted interpretation of a guild law. I had to follow up and initiate the resulting conflict. It happens. Unless the administration is willing to sit down and come to a consensus with the input of players to codify concrete rules regarding the use of outguilding, it falls to player policing. And, sadly, while I do think there is a greater discussion to be had regarding how outguilding has been used/should be used, I think the majority consensus will probably fall on "as long as the offender has class, outguilding can be done for (nearly) any RP reason."

Dog you were outguilded for actively and flagrantly choosing another org - one that was at the time hostile and oppositional - over your guild, and outing yourself by jumping and attacking a guild leader with no rp - then, when I curbstomped you, you came back and did it again! And got curbstomped again!
