    Been without a summer job for two summers, screwing up my money situation, then something amazing happens.

    My love is for:
    - landing an amazing summer job this summer, which involves teaching, which is what I've been studying for the last few years.
    - getting to teach English, which is my favorite subject, half the day and taking care of my students in their activities the rest of the day!
    - getting to do all this on the fantastic English channel island, Jersey! 
    - included in the job description is a two day stay in Paris (for shopping and sight-seeing, and a possible visit to Disney land Paris)

    I can't wait to hear what I'll be doing on the second trip, because this is only one of two!

    My love is an electric air pump that works wonders for my mattress. My back is recovering now. :) I just have to refill it once a day now, so I think I sprang a leak last Tuesday in the bed...time to get new mattress!

    Love that one of my friends from college came to visit me for my birthday/a few days.

    Love that I've actually kind of missed Aetolia while she's been here.

    Love that I can start playing again tonight!

    OMG! My summer is going to be so awesome!

    Not only did I score the Jersey trip, with all its awesomeness, but I am also going to Bournemouth for 3 weeks, teaching international students and sightseeing in London and possibly going to Paris on that trip as well.

    After about a month of being sick with bronchitis, my doctor thinks that the active infection is finally gone. Now I just have the lingering cough from my airways being all swollen, but I have some new medicines to try and help with that. I'm FINALLY getting better!
