Is there any way to know what is counted towards the percentages in the new Atlas artifact? I'm just curious, seeing as there are some areas that I just figure have rooms that are disconnected and unreachable and they still count.
In general, offplane and disconnected rooms shouldn't count toward percentages like that. If you see really specific examples, feel free to shoot me a message. I can check out small areas with relative ease.
That said, there may be an error in how things are calculated. I'll check it out!
@Oleis: Heh, Western Wilderness in particular. I think my percentage for that one is on 27. I think there are around 5 or 6 accessible rooms (unless you count those reachable only through wormholes, which is kind of sad for those not having or aiming for Syssin class), unless I'm missing a huge quest area from Windchaser?

There are a bunch of rooms accessible only from the Syssin guildhall. I thought for a second they might be disconnected entirely, but that's not the case. I'm looking at the best option for handling this. I'll get back to you.
I think you can submit an application any time and they'll look at it. It's kinda like how some jobs always accept applications but it doesn't guarantee a call back or anything unless they're hiring (or in this case Celani call).
That's just my guess though.

When credits are sold bound to an individual from an organization or city, and they still have some/all of their 2500 lessons to be gained from binding credits for the first 1000 credits available, they'll still get the lessons, right? Question came up and I was pretty sure it did, but I wanted to verify.
@Oleis@Razmael - How hard would it be to get you guys to set flay's message to be specific to what we're trying to flay for? Right now flay's line is generic, and tracking it is a bit of a pain in the rump and requires extra steps that could be simplified greatly by having each different flay return a unique message.

If it's the same as Achaea (fairly certain that it is, judging by how much hp my chars here have):
Base hp = 300 Hp per level before 100 = 3xCon+4 HP per level after 100 = 3xCon-16
So lv 100 at 16con would be 300+(100x(3x16+4)) = 5500hp / 110 would be 5500+(10x(3x16-16)) = 5820 lv 100 at 21con would be 300+(100x(3x21+4)) = 7000hp / 110 would be 7000+(10x(3x21-16)) = 7470 lv 100 at 11con would be 300+(100x(3x11+4)) = 4000hp / 110 would be 4000+(10x(3x11-16)) = 4170 lv 100 at 1con would be 1000 hp, as Aishia said.
Unsure if you continue gaining hp after 100 in Aetolia, though. Fun fact if you do: Below 5con, you start to actually lose health after 100

I don't think we get any more hp per level past 100.
Hope not. Alexina would be hovering around... ~9100 hp, before factoring in favours/+%hp artis (I think... Maybe more ) I'm just guessing that she sits on 20con before favours.
We don't get increase to hp per level after 100. We get augmentics, though, up to 3, for 2% bonus for each one. You get one augmetic for even 10 levels past 100.

It's the same message. So what we have to do right now is track what barrier we attempted to flay, and only take that one off.
What Ishin is asking for is specific fail messages for each barrier attempted. So this does away with having to track which type was attempted.
