The raging mob descends upon Aarbrok, and his fate is sealed; a gallows is hastily erected, and the mad doctor is lifted to his ghastly doom, neck snapping like a dry twig as a mass of hands hauls him down upon his noose.

In his pockets were found three vine nooses, a letter, and a diary.

The letter indicates the doctor's dishonorable discharge from the Syndicate; it seems he's been operating rogue ever since.

The diary contains notes of his attempts to help the City over the last few years... and in the last couple of days, notes of encountering his once-fellows last night, when both of them went after the same target - Haven. It confirms also that Haven's disappearance was for very good reason.

He was Consanguine.

And he wasn't the only one in the City.

You don't need to know the roles to know the rules. If you know what role you are, then you know what your winning condition is, and that's all you really need to know.

The Day Phase has begun.

You find that Kiyotan has been killed in the night by the Syssin, and hung up on lewd display with all of the arrows still in him; it seems that he was one of the last living Priests, judging by the journal in his backpack which indicates sordid, bygone days of snuggling with Consanguine while researching a cure for them.

Everyone was a bit different in the 60s.

It's time to lynch someone again!

Why?  Beyond wanting to shut up her drunken wailings while I'm trying to teach my first graders.

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to set up down near the school! I just couldn't tell which of the two signs were correct!" The drunkard wails, leaning a back against the cement stairs and looking entirely out of orbit. Clearly, she just drank more than she could handle and the evidence was all too apparent.

Maybe she was drinking because of the recent deaths upsetting her? No one could tell and Orisae certainly wasn't talking enough sense to clarify.

Arbre comes out of the classroom with a broom, batting Orisae over the head with it.  "Off! Off with you!" she fusses, three of the school children looking out the classroom door to watch.  Before Orisae can move or complain, however, Arbre's nanny-sense kicks in.  "Don't think I can't see you over there in the bushes, Alexina, you creep!"  Arbre yells across the road, still hitting Orisae with the broom, "off with you!"

Orisae runs off, squealing like the drunken pig that she is. A few times, she walks into the fence only to bounce off it safely to try her failed running stop a few more times. A glare may have been sent towards Arbre. 

She sets up shop near the local tavern again.

Anyway - considering there was the post about Alexina being living, voting for her is kind of strange ...

On the second page of this thread, you did the exact same thing. I really have no idea why, unless the post that anyone can make automatically indicates that I'm guilty or whatever. You're acting pretty suspiciously, in my opinion.
