I love all teh darkies. Constant entertainment and lols to be had, and makes it so much funner to play. Having been a long time Imperian player, the difference in atmosphere and attitudes is really awesome and definitely contributed to me sticking around.

playing some Dark Souls: PTDE, and created a cleric with the master-keys (or the thief-keys..whatever) and wanted to get the Demon's Greathammer...just managed to pull it off for the first time ever, I once thought it was damn near impossible with those youtube videos showing players getting LUCKY and pulling it off without the Black Firebombs..now I know that is not the case, one just needs patience...and good reflexes and judgement.

...and no, I will not be noting how many times I died trying to do it... just will note that I caught a few lucky breaks where fatty mc-guardian decided to do the liftoff-ass slam attack instead of attack me while I was sitting in front of him after an improperly timed punch..>.>

To win that fight, crowd the belly. If you take your face and insert it into his (her?) stomach/groin/whatever you want to call it, it almost always does the butt-drop (backstep x2 or 3, I forget) or the wild 3 swings (roll into them). Not impossible, just either an epic battle for the ages or a shameless mechanic abuse fest.

A lot of the bosses ask you to bait out certain attacks and then take advantage of them. It's especially useful when you're rolling at SL1 and not using weapons aside from your MEATY FISTS OF FURY.

I was crowding its arse and basically kissing it the entire time it wasn't trying to do a ass-slam, using its legs to just nudge me out of the danger-zones and keep me where I can punch it once or twice, and if I felt threatened, use the sword-hilt in the left hand as a shield to reduce damage to manageable levels.

My dad has had a long fight with diabetes and other health issues. He's been sick off and on for a while. Today I found out that he has heart failure and his kidneys are failing. The hospital has been fantastic -- they have a specialist flying in and my family hasn't had to want for anything. The amount of love and support from my friends and even other Aetolians has been pretty awesome and humbling. Thank you.
