    I have never seen Trigun and I did not base anything off of it. That said "He displays a kindhearted, goofy demeanor and goes out of his way not to hurt anyone if he can help it" is a partial fit, so now I suppose need to go track this down and watch it.

    Joking aside, if anyone could find one for Tekias (either Human or Idreth), I'd super love you. I'm at a loss for either one.

    Edit: Noticed @Toz snuck an answer in. The anime is great, but the last few episodes diverged from the manga (which I haven't read) cause the manga hadn't resolved yet by the time the episodes were produced. Not to say it's BAD, just different from the source.

    Turns out there is an english dub (yeah yeah) of Trigun on youtube so I watched a bunch last night. I agree with @Toz and @Tekias they are really entertaining. It is even a better fit than I expected, well except for the no killing bit. In my defense I only kill kids that give decent exp which seems fair, right?
