So I get in and the dog has tracked in tons of mud and I'm all set to groan about it to the human that allowed this sin. Then the dog came and looked at me like this and I realized it wasn't a big deal.

Not one of my best posts, but as most of you know, I've been trying to help kickstart my cat's liver after finding out it was shutting down......

Well, today he passed away after I left for work. RIP Roman, may you walk in the meadows of catnip and comfy beds. You will be sorely missed.

Back in March we went to Collie club of America's National show, where Cheyanne won her class, much to my surprise. Then first weekend out after Nationals she finished, earning her Championship from AKC.

She ended up placing in the following that weekend:
Winners Bitch
Best of Winners
Best of Variety
Best of opposite sex to best of Breed

My girl surprised the flapjacks out of me with this today, because I've been wanting one for years now. Only recently has my work schedule allowed it because I got 2 really big raises at the start of this year, and have had to work far fewer hours because of it. Meet my pupper, Pepper.

She just would not hold still.


Shopping time. She's being spoiled rotten.




Ride home. She didn't get sick!





Bathtime! Afterwards I wrapped her up in towels and she fell asleep on my chest for a whole hour, making it illegal for me to move for the duration.


Corporate nap time.






Needless to say I dozed off before I could put her into her kennel while i slept. She stayed in the bed with me the whole 4 hours i was knocked out. When I woke up lets just say a change of sheets, clothes, and a shower were needed. #Fatherpupperhood. I love my baby.
