I love seeing cute/fun/etc animal pix and we've had pets featured in a few other threads recently. Making a new thread dedicated just to our awesome pets!

So, my kitty cat! He's been sprawling around in a few other threads. Here are some more of him. I got him as an adoption/rescue as an adult cat and soon discovered that he's super needy for company. Every night, I sleep with a cat blanket. XD His name is Taz, and yes I call him Toz by mistake sometimes, even though he came first.

I have 3 cats and 1 dog. The dog is technically my mom's now, but was originally mine before I moved down here. I help take care of her still, though.

Here are some pictures of a few of my cats. As it is, I have no pet at all. The last of mine passed away a year and a half ago (the black and white one called Pipis), and the other escaped when he was being replaced (the red/yellow one called Zhi'mao)

The day I brought Zhi'mao home (I remember Pipis looking at me like "What's that little thing doing here?") :

Pipis was a really sweet cat (Sorry about the fuzzy picture, but he's adorable).

And "little" Zhi'mao wasn't little for that long.

They got along reasonably well, even though my mother still calls Zhi'mao the cat from hell.

But they fought too, as you can see from this little series of pictures:

And here's one of the family cat, Tarzan, at the ripe age of 21 (!):

Here is a pic of my baby girl, Eevee, (not named after the pokemon), when she was just a few weeks old. That's more than ten years ago now.

This is the family cat, Vanera. She adopted me and when I moved to IL, became the family cat. She and my sister can often be found in this position.

I know, @Moirean! I had his brother too from when they were about 1 years old, but when my daughter was born, the other one (a tiger striped) got too stressed out so we had to relocate him. Pipis died a year and a half ago. Seizures. He was gone from one day to the next. Thankfully I got to hold him all night until we could go to the vet in the morning and let him go to sleep.
