    Heh, I'm 5'11 200 pounds, got my body composition tested and I've got 19.4% fat right now. The weight is just right but I want to lower my body fat down to 10%, basically taking off 20 pounds of fat and replacing it with 20 pounds of lean mass. The fitness trainer I visited estimated it'd take about 10 more months to accomplish.

    This is how I started out:



    Hopefully I can keep motivated.

    Ever since watching Warrior I've dreamed of having a Tom Hardy build, after 2 years I finally got off my butt and started working towards it.

    Good luck with it man. Higher protein, lower at content as well as exercise(probably with ligher weight and more reps) and you should be good to go.
