It's really tricky to get into a ball gown without any assistance whatsoever, but I managed! I take every chance I get to wear it. This time it was for a jubilee party with the theme "as well-dressed as you possibly can". It's so nice when you can go full out!

Too important not to double post: My cat Leo had been missing a -week-. I thought he was dead. Tonight, our neighbor came over, knocked on the door, and delivered my cat, who was sopping wet, back to us. we don't know where he was except he smells like the lake and is all sorts of shivering. He's drying off in my lap now (I got the worst of it with a towel earlier).

I cried. Not going to lie, I saw him and cried. So happy.
