This specific one is strawberry and champagne ganasch in a White chocolate Shell, (haven't put the bottom on yet.)

@Meyvitch The one in the back is Blackberry/champagne, the one with White in the front is Whiskey (12 year Bowmore), the one in the middle... I.. can't remember. <.< I didn't have any good pics of the pralines so I borrowed that one from our fb page. The squared one in the back is Bailey's and the White one is raspberry fudge covered in White chocolate. I Think the round one in the back is figs, but it could also be cookie dough. They've been changing those up a bit since I started.
