Very impressed, @Ashmer. Those guys must have practiced for a long time. I love watching stuff like this. Makes me wonder about all the possible bunkai for the movements. If that's kata, at least. Hard to tell if it is kata or if it's just pre-set stuff.

Edit: For those of you unfamiliar with the term bunkai(sp?) - It's the practical application for a movement in a kata, as I was taught.

Yeah, the Kata is Unsu, a Shotokan form. The bunkai was all from the kata for this competition.

So I've been really busy with my band recently and we got the opportunity to go into a studio and record a few live songs.
