- [3203] Diperse can no longer clear lycan writhe locks.
* I stated I would try a howl/skill, but for now I want to ensure that this change works out well before I commit to something bigger.
Deathlore / Ancestry
=======================
- [3194] Wraith / Inhibit now requires 15% missing soul, up from 10%.
- [3194] Wraith / Inhibit now restores 5% of missing soul when used.
Battlefury / Riving
=======================
- [3198] Zeal / Harrow now only requires one arm free, instead of both.
- [3198] Zeal / Harrow may only be used with a two-handed weapon now.
Corpus / Ascendance
=======================
- [3163] New Skill: Eminence / Intuition
- [3190] Batform and Wolfform can now EMOTE while in the form.
* It already had a in-room description change, so I didn't change anything there.
Sanguis / Discipline
=======================
- [3191] Sire and superior abilities can no longer be used on another if you are not linked to the Primus / Grand Crusader.
- [3191] Sire and superior abilities now work on those outside of the guild, but only if they have you allied.
- [3191] No change but just to note, the Affinity / Camaraderie ability will supercede these rules.
