Domain changes

In preparation for the eventual release of mirror!Shaman and mirror!Teradrim releasing two new domain types, we've made some changes to how domains work in general.

Some general changes first:
- The 'sandrot' affliction has been renamed to 'slough'. This includes new diagnose and cure lines which you can check by looking at AFFLICT SLOUGH. Be sure to update your systems accordingly.
- [Desiccation: Desiccate] has been renamed to [Desiccation: Dominion]. Its messages have also been changed.
- The messages for [Naturalism: Emergence] have also been changed.

Domain changes:
- Multiple domains of the same type can now be stacked in a single room.
* i.e. you can have multiple overgrowths and multiple sands per room.
* overgrowth and sand were already able to be placed in the same room, and this remains unchanged.

- Any passive effects that come from these domains will only fire once, including for their eventual mirror counterpart.

- [Naturalism: Emergence] and [Desiccation: Dominion] will now remove all domains except for your own, including domains of the same type.
* There is still a delay in place if one of the domain owners is present in the room.

- [Naturalism: Consumption] and [Desiccation: Whirl] will now only work upon your own domain.

- Any other skill that required your own domain, or allowed you to cast it upon someone else's domain of the same type, remain unchanged for those interactions.

- Any skill that places a domain at range (e.g. [Desiccation: Desert], [Naturalism: Surge]) will be blocked by any other domain being in that room, including domains of the same type.
* This is how overgrowth/sand interacted prior to this change. You could stack them if you created the domain in the same room as the other, but ranged placing wouldn't work.

- Greenfoot won't work if someone else's domain is in the room, including other overgrowths.
* This is how it already interacted with sand.
