Hi folks,
I've said this before but I want to make it explicitly clear again:
If you have a problem with the behaviour of a Celani or a member of staff, the correct method of handling it is to bring it directly to me. In my absence, you should contact Razmael who will handle things until my return. If your problem is with me, you should contact Jeremy Saunders via jeremy@ironrealms.com.
All complaints will be thoroughly investigated and handled with appropriate action should the situation warrant it.
It is never appropriate to take your complaint to another Celani. Regardless of your rapport or whatever existing relationships with them you may have, it's not appropriate. Celani do not handle these complaints, and have no involvement in the investigation or disciplinary processes. They haven't signed up to deal with these things, so please do not put this on them.
