Animation
=======================
- [3082] Golem max health has been increased to 180 per level, up from 110.
Battlefury / Riving
=======================
- [3068] Valid class weapons that are either a small or large blade can now be used to Impale / Transpierce and Disembowel / Extirpate.
- [3041] Strike PvE damage from the weapon slightly increased.
Elemancy
=======================
- [3060] New Skill: Feedback.
* As a note, I expect it to be used in tandem with Stall. It is kind of slow otherwise.
- [3025] Torrent now has a 30 second cooldown upon use.
- [3092] Frostblade-Air base equilibrium recovery time reduced to 2 seconds, down from 3.
* PvE damage of Frostblade-Air has been reduced to compensate for the speed increase.
Illumination / Tectonics

- [3049] Shadow / Aftershock now fades if the opponent has three or more afflictions that are not from the caster.
Miscellaneous

- [3069] Manpulation 'field' defences will now persist through class change.
Righteousness / Manifestation

- [3035] Latency / Tether now have a message sent to the caster when it fades.
Sanguis

- [3094] New Skill: Seethe.
- [3093] Enrage now has an associated defence with it that you will need to turn on.
- [3093] Feeding from someone while under Enrage will grant 5% faster balance and equilibrium.
* This can stack up to a maximum 3 times.
* Typing BLOOD will show how many feed charges you have obtained.
Spirituality / Subjugation

- [3049] Overwhelm / Deface bonus effects now rely upon the shadowed / aftershock affliction, instead of accursed.
Tekura
=======================
- [3115] Bodyblock will now work in PvE.
Thaumaturgy
=======================
- [3073] Casting a glimpse now uses fulcrum balance instead of equilibrium.
Tracking
=======================
- [2991] Hurling balance recovery time lowered to 2 seconds, down from 3.
- [2991] Alacrity can now affect the balance time of Hurling.
- [3023] Glauxe will now remember the maximum amount of obtained allergy stacks when it burns.
* If the current stacks of allergies is less then the remembered amount, it will overwrite the current amount of stacks.
Woodlore

- [3090] Opportunity now has a cooldown of 60 seconds, down from 120.
- [3090] Opportunity duration is now 6 seconds, down from 12.
