Artifacts

- [3057] Antiquated Ring Resurrect ring charge cost increased to 4, up from 2.
Ascended
=======================
- [3077] Chaos Figment (and its clones) now have a 10 second cooldown upon use.
Assassination
=======================
- [3080] Slit now deals a set amount of bleeding equal to 2% of the target's max health.
* Each affliction of asleep, hypersomnia, narcolepsy, and writhe_bind will add an extra 2%.
* No longer gains bonus bleeding for each additional Slit performed in a row.
- [3080] Slit balance recovery time increased to 2.5 seconds, up from 2.
Enchantment

- [3101] Augment now raises all stats by 1, instead of a single stat.
- [3101] Augment is now capped at three augmentations.
* Weapons/armour who had more than three augmentations have had their stats reduced to compensate.
* There wasn't really a good way to do this since we don't track which stat gets improved, so I've just reduced damage for weapons (most commonly desired stat) and randomized it for armour.
- [3101] Augment no longer contributes to the base stats of the weapon.

- [3042] Lemniscate grace period increased to 9 seconds, up from 6.
Gravitation

- [3058] Pulsar now delivers the vomiting affliction, swapped from deadening.
Numerology

- [3028] Recollection is now hindered by the paresis affliction.
Miscellaneous

- [3046] Orders are now notified when a shrine is defiled within the same area as a monument.
Primality

- [3065] Leafstorm equilibrium recovery time lowered to 2 seconds, down from 2.5.
- [3111] Vinelash has had its energy threshold removed.
Shamanism

- [3083] Elder Shaman Oath resistance chance is now halved by stupidity, swapped from dementia.
- [3099] It no longer costs equilibrium to disable a specific oath.
* It still requires 3 seconds of equilibrium to put up an oath however.
Tarot

- [3061] Removed Skill: Despair.
Tekura

- [3098] Feint now has a 5 second cooldown upon use.
- [3098] Feint now always upsets the opponent's balance by 0.4 seconds.
Tenacity

- [3027] Cripple now only deals 2% of limb trauma, down from 5%.
Zeal

- [2950] The 'sapped_strength' affliction now prevents Swagger/punching at 4 stacks, up from 3.
