As an FYI, the best way to get questions about artifacts or any artifact-related questions is to ISSUE ME in-game as that will go straight to the administration in a trackable way and they will answer. They may answer forums, but forums are not necessarily a priority.

So my advice is to take this question, exactly like you wrote it if you want, and ISSUE ME.
