Sorry, I missed this question! We figured the throttle on cmds/sec was already going to prevent the quickmount spam to some degree. But just in case it doesn't, the endurance acts as a pseudo cooldown. So if someone spams it a ton, they're just fitting it into their 50 limit, and if their system breaks, they'll run out of endurance before systems crash hopefully. Quickmount spam reduced, minimize chance that anyone gets an unintentional buff.
