Customizations

Customizations are turned back on!

They are now priced in Bloody Iron Coins, and should cost about half of what they used to.

Certificates, tokens, etc, all work as normal.

Currently class pets and things of that nature are unchanged, though we will be altering that in the future as an upgrade to the mechanism itself. We need to audit to make sure each class has something similar, for instance.

Houses are still in a weird place and are being debated. Their cost will either increase or become IC.

Proposal: Allow purchase of iron coins with (UNBOUND) credits, so as to keep plat-credits out of the system? As it is, the only way to get IC into the game is through memberships (yes, they transfer well after that, but getting them IN is the only way)
Edit: or just make IC purchaseable on the site?

We're considering it, provided the slowdown actually works! I was going to do it from the get go, but was talked back to being careful.
