Shield of Absorption update
A bunch of questions about the shield, herein lie answers.
It is 11/11, not meant to take the usage place of a 50/50 artifact shield. That plus the 15% would be too much.
The 15% damage soak is for physical damage only.
We'll go ahead and put on the elemental resist the winner chooses.
Alas, it is only for classes that have a free hand.
