Globals
With the recent events often having a lot going on in global emotes, I've implemented a couple of things that I feel are long overdue.
1) You can now CONFIG COLOUR GLOBALS, to set the colour you'll see them as. See note below for caveats.
2) There's now a GLOBALS command to list the last twenty emotes we consider global.
Caveats:
* Globals in this case means any emote we send to the entire game. So this change ONLY affects game-scope emotes. There's multiple levels of these, including Plane-scope, Org-scope and Area-scope that are not affected by these changes.
* Shouts from Gods and NPCs are also added to the GLOBALS history, since these usually go hand in hand with any global emotes.
* Your CONFIG COLOUR setting may not always be respected. We will sometimes force colours onto global emotes, just to make sure everybody is paying attention.
