Wheel of Fates 3.0

Skull tokens have been redone!

You now SPIN WHEEL <OUTER|INNER> SKULL

The outer wheel determines your prize category, and each skull token may spin the outer wheel three times. Then you spin the inner wheel to find your actual prize!

EX:

SPIN WHEEL OUTER SKULL
- wheel shifts to "credits"
- if you SPIN WHEEL INNER SKULL, your token will vanish and you will receive some quantity of credits.
SPIN WHEEL OUTER SKULL
- wheel shifts to "artifact"
- if you SPIN WHEEL INNER SKULL, your token will vanish and you will receive some artifact prize.
SPIN WHEEL OUTER SKULL
- wheel shifts to "lessons"
SPIN WHEEL INNER SKULL - get some lessons, the skull token vanishes.

Yes, you can spin the outer wheel to the same category that it is already on.

Why did we do this? This gives more control over prizes and further differentiates the Wheel of Fates from another prize box like Cryptic Chests. Instead of just rolling once on a giant table, you are essentially rolling on multiple tables that have been balanced in a different manner. The "artifact" category is worth more than the "relic" category, which are both different than the "item" category, so you have more control than a simple lootbox mechanic.

The prizes have also had their quantities and values changed, but not the actual results.
- There is now a chance for a double-chest, to bring up the average value so that a skull token doesn't turn into a lesser promo
- Relic odds have been decreased, because they're less valuable
- Items now come in larger quantities to increase their overall value. Multiple Compendium Pages, stacks of globes, etc

This should increase the Wheel's value overall as well.

PS. Feedback appreciated! We wouldn't have done this without forum conversations on the wheel to begin with.
PPS. We might change the free wheel to match someday, but I'm out of time and spent too long on the math here.
