Aetolia's Dictionary - Announce #2545

In lieu of the new system with Announce #2545, I'm opening this thread for both input as well as a place for you, the community, to supply any material you feel should be included (or if you just want to help out!).

If you wish to help, please post the following information:

Example:
Aban - People - Some Duamvi fellow who helped defeat Baelak Shipbreaker, currently resides in Enorian, and has a penchant for tea.

The dictionary system can be accessed wherever you are. To quote the new HELP DICTIONARY:
This system is used for both IC (In Character) and OOC (Out of Character) terminology. 
OOC terms are either in OOC-labeled sections, or prefaced with an indicator.
 
The dictionary is continually expanding, so feel free to submit an IDEA for new terms or 
TYPO errors that you find.
 
To use the dictionary:
   LOOKUP               Lists the available sections
   LOOKUP <section>     Lists the available terms organized into that section
   LOOKUP <term>        Gives a definition and other information for that term.
 
Example:
   LOOKUP Immortals     Gives a list of relevant Celani and administrative shells
   LOOKUP Becue         Tells you a bit about Becue, the crafting shell
 
   LOOKUP Events        Gives a list of recorded events
   LOOKUP War of Night  Gives a summary of the War of Night
   LOOKUP Baelak        Tells you about Baelak Shipbreaker
   
Notable for Crafters:
   LOOKUP Cloth         Gives a list of cloth items
   LOOKUP ngumasta      Gives some information about this silk, as well as where
                        to find it
