I really don't know where else to go about this. Yes, I'm Moirean using an alt.

Because I'm banned, I can't login to cancel subscriptions. I'm being charged monthly fees. Please stop taking my money. I've hit overdraft fees for some of these charges. Please stop

I had already cancelled it and issued a refund, shortly after you sent your e-mail to me two hours ago. I also refunded you last month when you tried to force your way back into the game by buying that subscription on your new character, after I made it clear you were still banned.

I'm not sure if this thread is a thinly veiled attempt to try and discredit an administration that will no longer let you back into the game, but when you jump to a forum thread less than two hours after e-mailing me, I'm going to need to make a public response to protect our image.
