This could just be my ignorance speaking, but garrote lock seems to be a harder to land, themed behead (I'm pretty sure it also takes longer with the attempt part, landing it, and the damage ticks to kill. Bu I have no data to support that). Is there any way to make this an instakill with a very large conditions list?

You're confusing garrote lock with noose.

I could be on the damage ticks, but it's still a flavored behead that's harder to land.

It's not harder to land. It's literally a faster behead.

Really, really pleased with the discussions I've had with the liaisons, especially @Serrice, @Lim, @Ezalor and @Valingar. Just super thankful we have a mature, seasoned liaison team the way we do. I'm seeing markedly less partisan (light vs. dark) stuff happening than previously, but that might be whatever the opposite of rose-colored glasses is.

Anyway, y'all rock.

That's because they're all my alts. It's tough maintaining that many personae, and it took ages to infiltrate all 6 out of 6 spots, but the admin seem to be buying it!

Is the plural of persona really personae? I mean, it makes sense - I just never thought about it before and am strangely disappointed that I've been putting S on the end of it all these years.
