While I'm sure that many have played it already, I'm sure there are some that haven't. The Witcher 2 is on sale for 4 bucks. No, you don't have to play the first to jump into the series but I'm sure the first is on sale too for even less and would make an adequate drop into the series. You play as Geralt of Rivia, a monster hunter known as a Witcher (monster in supernatural sense like vampires or other folklore baddies). I really can't say much of the beginning of the game without spoiling, but it pretty much is dark fantasy to an absolute tee. The story is good, the combat is challenging, the world is somewhat open. Definitely get it.
Also, I'm on the fence about Payday 2. Any of you play it? Is it worth?
Kill this thread please, my wallet cannot handle a steam sale right now! Also, with Witcher 3 coming out this year, you lot really need to capitalize on the deal.
...That being said, I'm steadfastly refusing to look at the Steam Summer Sale. It's either cr/coke or Steam games, and I'll try for all of the above if I look.

I currently own all the games that they've been putting on sale/that I have an interest in. Someone shake me furiously when (or even if) they put Wolfenstein up for sale.
Eleanor and Akary got me playing Warframe... Whilst it is free to play, I did coerce myself into other purchases so I could have a fancy frame to space ninja things with.
I ended up buying a few games like Skyrim, considering picking up a few other games hopefully by the time the sale ends. I just need to avoid spending too much and not having money to last me until next payday. My steam nick is Mr. Hivemind for anyone looking to play any games we might share.
