Don't care for the idea of having two descriptions. Though. Having a dmote option would be -awesome-. Less requisite for a game that lets you do your own desc whenever you want, but still useful.
Be a shorter field in which you could describe current effects without adding them to your main desc. I.E. if you've a temporary effect--you're covered in blood, or got caught out in the rain or whatever, you can note that in a brief fashion without having to re-do your entire desc. So people walking into the room--before you get a chance to emote at them, can see at a glance that, hey, Razmael is here, covered from head to toe in mud. Or...what have you in that vein.
Love the idea @Alexina, but im thinking maybe it be better if this was a Iron coins shop, since those generally deal with flavor and fun concept arties
To an extent, but not sufficiently, IMO. It wouldn't always be the -first- thing you'd notice, necessarily.
Arbre: I once had a character for whom I had something like 40 descriptions. She liked to hunt Riparium, so I had an actively underwater desc, a soaking wet desc, and various stages of wet and damp, and drying. For both genders, because bloodborn. Plus a few others for assorted other things. >.> Theeeese are the sorts of things dmotes would be used for.
Add it to the list of things IRE games are just getting around to swiping from RPIs and other text games! Things like: pose, 2.item, attire. I wish we'd get omotes (positioning objects) - or heck, we might have that and I just don't know it yet.
