I can see this event working out a few ways for the Carnifex, based on what I am hearing about it.

I can answer the second, while I'm still awake. Recently, admins implemented a Fluidcache (ie. Liquid Rift) that you can connect to a vial without having to bother with teardrop runes.

I would support a single rag! Would it work like.. you apply a venom to the rag, which you rub onto the weapon, thus using one application? You could even throw in some weird syntax like "wring rag" which would act like dumping out a vial's contents…

For the most part, yes. A lot of the afflictions are still the same, and the affliction route seems relatively effective. There might be better options out there but this definitely gives a decent foundation.

Vamps can sever a person's ability to sire and embrace, if they are House Leaders. I dunno the full workings of that ritual but it's a thing now.

You're just forced to decide between actual quests and kill-quests, now. Gold income, or experience income. Not being able to do both at the same time is pain, but I guess I can figure out some other methods.
