Blood reserves would be another great racial skill to add to endgame choices. That's one of the main reasons I picked human for Sarita.
I'm guessing that won't happen because lipreading is a class skill rather than a skill tied to any pre-endgame race. I would say July or August for DC to give people (and their wallets) a bit of a break if they want to come to both. We wouldn't want the first weekend of July since that included July 4th and will be crowded, but other ones will probably be ok.
