I was indeed referring to all of the above mentioned classes having some version of trip, or not having it, save for Syssin. I figured they could just disrupt since theirs is pretty fast (I think). I also left out Teradrim who have overhand.
That wasn't what I was referencing. I was talking about you saying that stupidity is 'hardly reliable', though it's unclear whether you mean it's unreliable to prevent them from focusing via the stupidity ticks, or it's unreliable to stick since mos…
Pfft. Focus is every what, 4 seconds? Most classes can deliver affs much faster than that. A Templar shouldn't have much of a problem keeping the stupidity stuck on the target by looping between the dsk + whatever else they needed for retri.
It's not maingauche's damage, but the weapon. The damage that maingauche puts out is entirely dependent on the weapon maingauched with, which is why rapier maingauches are nothing to write home about.
Except, the problem with that is that even heavily defensive artifacted players can't deal with the offensively artifacted ones. Other than that, you're right. Despite everyone griping about Shaman, a lot of the Shamanistic attacks either scale incr…
The only classes that need passive curing/mental resistance is Shaman, but that's only because their offense is incredibly slow compared to the other classes that have passive curing, and largely uncontrolled. They can't reliably stick hindering aff…
Except that time I knocked you out during the first Knockout beta, and you proceeded to say that Omen was OP. There was also the time Serrice beat you in the last Delosian duel. That's also the point, because Shamans are -not- squishy, at all. I don…
Normally, lightning would have been easy to deal with via shielding, etc. But due to the nature of the Delosian duel inflicting bloodlust after a while, it's only a matter of time before anyone would get bashed to death.
Sentinels are the exception, of course. But even then, I never stayed mounted while I fought. Even as a lycan, leapslash isn't worth it if it means putting the mount at risk.
Even before having an immortal mount, I never had a problem with my mount being killed because everytime I dismounted, I automatically sent it back to the stable. There's no point in having it outside the stable unless you're riding it.

There isn't one, except how it was worded. It's still raging about exactly the same thing, and therefore doesn't make the rage any less legitimate. People nitpicking about how someone words their rage and assuming it to be troll…

Or it could have just been a legitimate rage that was placed into the fray of the conversation at hand that had absolutely nothing to do with the conversation itself, much like Sarita's rage. Some people just like to make the as…
So based on your logic @Toz, who in that previous discussion was a noncom? Because it obviously wasn't directed at Arbre, since she posted after I did.
I don't know how to convey it aside from "Noncoms talking about what is and isn't stupid/hard about combat pisses me off, because they have no idea what they're talking about." Because that's exactly how I feel about it. It's not sarcasm. It's not v…
