Random ideas I salvaged from my orrery thoughts years ago:
1. Convert X excess ylem gathered over cap to enhancement points that the Research or War minister allocates for city-wide buffs like a talent tree. The enhancement poin…
If we went with my affix idea - or any idea to modify lessers or make new game modes - can we go with the above suggestion of 'small engagements inside the lesser'? Mechanics that FORCE us to split and fight at smaller team sizes (2v2 or 3v3) just s…
1. No more than 1 player per tether may be present in the same room 2. All rooms are indoors/outdoors 3. All rooms are closer to x plane for y effect 4. Players share the hig…
I remember throwing around an idea a few years ago about how lessers should incorporate the concept of 'affixes' like weekly dungeons in WoW, map mods in PoE, etc. Basically, a way to breathe some life into the system without changing it on an exist…

I might be inclined to agree in other discussions - though tbf I think there's a lot to be said for people using 'tether tribalism' as a catch-all excuse not to engage in discourse. At least in this case, though, the peeve is a blatan…

I think it's also going to yield different results based on the classes surrounding it. Warden is a complete mirror of Carnifex, but the environment around it is different - we have Sentinel, Templar, Zealot, Ascendril, easier access to Monk, etc.
We just need someone who is paid to maintain an independent pipeline of events and lore. That's it. That's their job, not just one of many hats they must wear for a bigger job.
I feel as if everyone's points here are valid in their own wa…
In a similar vein: I am interested to hear considerations on Shaman adjustments - even just the thought process that led you to consider and voice the potential for it in the referenced post.
Throwing in my $0.02 worth of habanero grade hot take:
I am part of the "tether rule is dumb" party. Let's be honest, the rule doesn't do anything except keep good candidates away from the Pools because they don't want to step outside the…
