I've had 4 root canals, 6 fillings, and an extraction all within 2 weeks of each other and THERE'S SO MANY DRUGS INVOLVED. Got a wisdom tooth left to remove and like 2 more fillings I think and then MY MOUTH IS COMPLETELY FIXED AND I'M SO EXCITED.

System. First aid has definitely improved leaps and bounds but you still need to track what have, cool downs, etc to adjust priorities accordingly.

I know the gold tweaking is still being worked out, but the turn in quests only giving 10g per, down from 100/150g per, is a big reason I probably won't ever go back into the Vortex outside of helping people get fame lines or bugging Zsadist.
