The reason I -personally- want it is because to me, bloodlines are BLOODlines. Even if we just -renamed- it to like, 'family lines' or 'family tree' or something, then I'd have no interest in an adoption tag - though, I wouldn't -mind- it.
Surnames should be a real thing, versus just a titular suffix, so that when you use the config to disable titles, you can still see a surname. I'm cool with said surname still counting towards suffix character count, though, for obvious reasons.
I'd sit and argue the point, but that's not what this topic was for.
I'll just say that I firmly disagree. The lore and community fostered by a guild, for me, is a -huge- amount of why I play. I attribute a huge amount of…

Ooor it's just kinda lame. I'm obviously assuming a standard of rp, but I can say without doubt that I've got less respect for people who -just- hop for the pk opportunities or change orgs like underwear.

That's exactly what I'm wondering if it's possible to avoid with some standard of role play. Is it really so very implausible that even decent chain-of-command role play could exist? Even if it's in your character to smash all t…

I wasn't actually suggesting we stay and emote at the other side. I was more suggesting that the assault itself is done for the role play behind it, rather than with the intent of racking up numbers. So, to use my own example, g…
You will see: Your lips turn up in a smile as you summon a small Spark to your fingertip and begin drawing a simple door in the air before yourself. As soon as you complete the small rect…
I do my best to leave my own prejudice inside my head where it belongs, and allow myself to be open to the ideas and feelings of others when related to their life. That means that if som…

I'd counter this with sorry for having faith when a lot of the belief structure that serves as the foundation for my character -is- faith. The other thing is, when mobs prove unresponsive to our inquiry, our only other option is…
Gongrats, Demarcus. I'm thrilled to see someone who puts thought and consideration into the decisions their character makes, even the ones that might be slightly arbitrary. Also, I am so happy to see another Yeleni.
I know my guild is small. But I feel that it serves a very valid and viable piece of overall Aetolian lore. I know that I've spent so many hours helping various novices - even those not in my guild - to both understand Aetolia and suck up some of my…
Been making a more obvious effort to interact with some of the citizens of Enorian, especially the younger folk. Had some longer conversations with older people, got into a few…
I dunno. I'm sort of excited that I have an omni char on both sides of the fence [that isn't Dain, because he'd never be in a secret anything], so that I can class hop / multiclass the 'winning' class and just [use] it until they nerf it, and change…
I play a zealot because the distinct 'sides' of Aetolia is the whole reason I started playing Aetolia. Of -course- I'm going to be bothered when those distinctions are eroded.
The organization -should- exist, and it -is- a great…
Secretive shadowy sect doesn't feel very Light to me.
>:P Blurry lines that we're not allowed to say no to because mechanics support them. I'll just sit over here, watching the reasons I enjoy Aetolia dwindle. I …
That feel you get when you know very clearly that you have zero intention of putting to use the well intentioned gift you received from a family member.
Thank you for voting! Your vote helps Aetolia grow and is very much appreciated. You have played Aetolia an average of 80.0 hours per week for the last five weeks. We hope you continue to enjoy the realm!
