I should say I have never played this game and I don't understand the symbols or language! But, if I were to create one for Aloli, I'd have no idea what effects she'd do or have.

I had to do a field inspection of one of the antennas at work, it was snowing.As things stand now, we don't have a lot of fishing artifacts besides the spear to help you catch those really big ones - it needs some luck and lead/timing to get a 2k+lb fish for me...
