I wish I didn't have to (god knows I spend enough time there) but.. COME ON! They set up their Santa photo station by November 1st! That's just pathetic!
@Moirean THANKS! I had just recently found them and realized that they fit me again! Exciting! I have a very healthy addiction to pink and sparkling things.

The celebrating of a holiday while the preceding holiday is still weeks/days away is a pet peeve of mine.
I do sort of blame Macy's for including Santa in their Thanksgiving parade. I have no excuses for the people who get the Christmas stuff about before Halloween though.
Continuing the new car love. This is my new baby! Pontiac G6 GT. Second picture was when I was in the process of buying. First picture is it in my lane from this morning. I it so.
Hello, forums. I acquired a new phone, which means I have a camera, again.
I took some shots of the neighborhood around my house. The suburbs in North Providence are made up of these irregular grids of narrow streets, alleys really, with houses plunked down rhythmlessly. It's dreary, but kind of lovely in the right light.
A few weeks ago I was invited to a theme party. I'm not one to go out and party that often and I've been sick recently, so I wasn't sure if I should or even wanted to go. Anyway, Yesterday evening at the very last minute I decided to go, tossing together something of an outfit to go with the theme A Burlesque Christmas (yeah, my friends have crazy party themes):

Needless to say, I had a blast, and perhaps a little bit more to drink than I should have.
That top is super cute! And your hair has gotten so long! Very pretty
Thanks! Bought it many many years ago and tried it on last night for the first time in ages, surprised that it still fits! Also, *cough* hair extensions. It's not quite that long yet.
No clue how to use the spoiler feature, sorry! Here's the little guy, fresh out of the Trial of Rebirth, or Slaver's Isle, or whatever it is these days. As you can see, he came pre-equipped with the gripping defense.
So I thought I'd share my final (group) project from my 3D design class.
So this is the end result. His name is Drocnal, affectionately 'the Cola Lord'. He is a chimeric creation of all our ideas about what 'earth' could be to each of the people in my group. ..
So no one really wanted to take Drocnal home. I'd already taken the wire frame that we built the above sculpture around, and it was still sitting in the backseat of my car.
Guess who Drocnal got to ride home with in the frontseat?
For those who do not know, last month I had to put my 6 year old cat, Riley, down (she had a heart defect/possible heart disease and had thrown a clot, there wasn't a way to salvage a good quality of life for her ). Since then, my tripod, Percy, has been exceptionally needy and in dire need of a friend. So! Today we went out and found him a companion. His name is Benjamin (Benji), and he's 3-4 months old.

If it makes you feel better, he kinda acts like one. Now, if you excuse me, I need to hide somewhere.
