Remove the language filter from the forums.

As it says in the title. We don't have language restrictions on Discord and it plays out just fine - you can even get away with saying stuff in-game these days that you can't on the forums.

Let the unicorns go!

    Since the world hasn't burned down in its absence, I'm content to leave the language filter out. I don't think it's especially necessary nowadays anyhow, so consider it gone.

    I still don't want to see excessive cursing in every thread so consider this a unicorns unicorns unicorns should it get out of hand.
