Problem:
The 'life' aligned guilds suffer from a lack of a way to raid cities that matches the versatility of
blackwind/mistform/phase.

Solution #1:
Add a skill to Illumination called Lightform. The Illumination user converts a percentage of their inner spark to convert
their body into motes of pure light. This light would be visible inside a room when people used LOOK, but it would not show
when the person has entered or exited the location. Inner spark would be consumed while in this form, as would willpower, and
there would be delay between when the command was started and the end form achieved giving a person the chance to interrupt
it with an aggressive action against the user. A firefly/eye sigil would pull the person out of this form. Use of this
ability would not require use of the Great Spark, ie, it could be used by rogues. While in this form, the user would not be
able to be attacked by other players or NPC guards, they would not be able to FOLLOW other players, and passives activated by
the user (shine, angel powers, rites) would not affect them or others.

Problem:
FIREBOMB SUCKS

Solution #1:
Turn it into a channeled skill that drains 2-3% spark every 5 seconds it is up. In premise it works similar to firebomb,
every attack dealt to a player in this state releases a high level fire damage attack room-wide. This would be a double edged
blade in team fights much like holocaust is. You will be able to cure, but not use anything that consumes
balance/equilibrium. It will cease after ten seconds.
Solution #2:
Remove firebomb, replace with a skill called "Rebirth" acts like the starburst tattoo (In that you lose experience), dealing
room wide fire damage to a similar effect to vengeance though less damaging. You don't lose defenses.

After some thought, this will basically be a starburst tattoo+vengeance- you'll still die and lose your defences, but you'll
come back alive after exploding.
