I mean, I think it's fine to disagree to show a different opinion. Disagreeing without sharing out why you disagree is something that personally annoys me - if someone is going to disagree with something I say, I'd like the chance to hear their perspective, even if I think they're wrong. Disagreeing and walking away is, to me, simply lazy, and doesn't further understanding on anyone's part.

Anonymizing disagreement only serves to encourage this lazy form of discourse, because now you can substitute one click as a stand-in for making an actual point. Disagreeing and walking away anonymously gives you no obligation to hold up your end of the social agreement. It's like saying "I don't support this, but I'm not going to give you a few minutes of my time to explain why, and there's nothing you can do about it.... so suck it."

I personally don't feel that if you're going to engage in an exchange of ideas, you shouldn't be able to anonymously share your opinion while simultaneously refusing to partake. That's not how discussions work!!

Nah, sorry. There is so much victim blaming going on here. Yes, we are mature adults, which is exactly why we should be making a bigger effort to consider that the person on the receiving end of our “RP” is also a real person with emotions instead of outright dismissing them because it better fits your idea of what is acceptable.

This question is for all admin but I'll ping @Tiur - I'm wondering if the team will consider expanding the Roleplay Logs subforum into something like how Sparring Grounds is currently. Roleplay is a pretty big draw for Aetolians, and "Logs" doesn't quite fit some of the potential topics we could raise in there. I'd also argue that there are probably just as many (if not more) hardcore roleplayers than there are hardcore combatants.

I would love it if it were more similar to the combat subforum, where there's a section for guides, a section for logs, and a section for general discussion. Or maybe just one subforum for guides/discussion.

I should also specify, a lot of the charities involved can be very different. I specifically prefer a local lawyer fund charity. They do lawyers and bail for Covid-19, and then branched out to anyone arrested at a protest in my city.

Hair: Silvery white.
Eyes: Pupilless, white eyes.

Build: Well-proportioned. Lithe with athletic muscles from carrying too many books.
Defining Features: Metal jaw, peppered with Numerological symbols. Brilliant golden crown on one hand.
Clothing: What a scholar or a priest would normally wear. She loathes wearing anything else, unless absolutely mandated.
Tattoos: That golden crown on her hand. Mark of commitment and ownership from her husband, Desian.
Piercings: Ears, I suppose?
Scars: Numerous scars along her body, worse upon her back.

PERSONALITY

Strengths: Intelligent. Mostly self-composed. Thoughtful.
Weaknesses: Sadistic. Masochistic. Malicious. Scheming. Arrogant.
Attitude: Quiet. Polite if propriety calls for it. Arrogant. She has an archaic (old-fashioned) way of speaking.
