I understand your concern but that route won't really solve the issue. I'd rather see more content implemented that'd draw their attention away from that meaningless boredom war (like the 5th npc city that's warable) instead of introducing helicopter approval systems for war.Areka said:Some check-and-balance system for declaring with registered reasoning, since war is a pretty significant thing and 'We're bored and want to kill everyone' will burn out the receiving orgs as they have in the past, and continue to with holywar.
