It probably doesn't help that quite a few people have aired Duiran's dirty laundry over public clans and such, or all the chatter that goes on via word-of-mouth. That said, you don't have admin stepping in and completely changing the government system for a single org without there being some unprecedented levels of dickery going on that is seriously endangering the health of the game as a whole.
Aetolia crafting is actually LESS anal than it used to be, too. Not sure who I hate because it's anonymous, but FUCK YOU WHOEVER DENIED MY DESIGN 3 TIMES FOR NOT HAVING A HYPHEN, MY WAY WAS RIGHT. Admin should have permashrubbed you for making me look up grammar rules.
It's been a little while and in that time, Xen's gotten to know both sides of the game a lot more extensively. I'm really curious on feedback on the character and what things would be nice to see expanded on!
Org leaders can sometimes only do so much, or rather should only do so much. Smart bullies will not do crappy things in front of any sort of decent org leader, because it will be really clear that that org leader wouldn't tolerate such. At best it takes them a bit to slip up in a way that lets you say "okay, yeah, this is so definitely valid", and org leaders can't go check game logs. I am not saying do nothing, but I think it would be very easy to overstep what an org leader actually should be doing in any situation that isn't incredibly blatant.
EDIT: an example of an appropriate response, al la what I am guessing Xenia might do at times, and which I have seen in other orgs is "okay, you kids are in time out and can't touch each other or I will pull this car over".
Meh. Sanderson is mediocre at best. His only real strength as an author is that he cranks out books with machine-like regularity, but that comes at the cost of characterization, dialogue, prose quality, and plotting. His fight scenes read like those video game tutorial levels where they pause the action every 5 seconds to explain mechanics.
Beating dead horses here. A buncha people that shouldn't be airing other people's laundry out because their own laundry isn't any better. I think this thread has already ran its course.
Sub race can diffuse but can't entomb (which is the super duper quick sequence). I don't remember the timings but I want to say diffuse is either the same time or just a smidgen faster than living sequence. There's a thread somewhere here with Riluo whining about it, I -think- there were numbers posted.
