Aetolia as a whole suffers from people just being dicks to not only the opposing tether, but their own. It's really hard to work with people that are like that. The solution is as simple as it's ever been though... just be nice and do your best to work with each other. Take a page out of @Didi's book. That has to happen first before any successful cooperation exists. We can be mean to each other and steal each other's lunch money IC, but OOC it's not worth the time and energy.
